Arkhi were appointed to undertake a feasibility concept design for this Grade 2 listed building in the the popular suburb of Lymm.
An existing, un-used basement provided un-tapped potential to extend the usable floor space of the property. It was proposed that the existing basement should be extended to accommodate leisure facilities, such as Gymnasium, Swimming pool and Cinema room.
Although listed, the rear of the property had undergone numerous alterations during its history. Our proposed extension at the rear of the property would provide an enlarged family Kitchen and a feature staircase connecting the ground floor with the basement.
