Arkhi worked for Pear Hospitality to renovate and update the Grade II Listed building The Lion and Swan Hotel in Congleton, Cheshire.

The scheme involved developing three venues within the existing building to create distinctive settings, each with a unique character.

​

At the lower ground level the space has been converted into an areas for live music, showcasing local and national talent. A dedicated bar services the venue which will be accessed from West Street.

​

The bar will offer a late night music setting for Congleton, with a cosy and intimate feel, in contrast to the decorative glamour of the other venues within The Lion & Swan.
