New Life Community Partnerships has proposed to develop an inspirational Wellbeing Neighbourhood which will offer a range of lifestyle choices from houses to apartments designed for those with assistive care needs. The design offers open areas  for outdoor activities and fitness trails to encourage a community environment and promote healthy exercise for everyone at their own level and pace. The dwellings integrate assistive technologies and are designed around community-based health and social care models for intervention, prevention, and self-care providing an ideal affordable home for people with long term degenerative conditions such as dementia and mobility care needs.
