A contemporary new-build home in a conservation area
Fulwood, Sheffield
Arkhi was appointed to develop a feasibility study for this residential site in Sheffield. The Whitley View site is sloping, falling away significantly from the access road. The southern aspect of the site benefits from impressive views of a woodland setting and the hills beyond.
The design and layout of the proposed property contemplates the topography of the land whilst taking advantage of the rural views. The property strikes a balance between the use of traditional and contemporary styling and materials, envisioning the clients brief whilst being respectful to the existing context and the adjacent conservation area.
