Progress Update - Keepers Cottage

A major construction milestone has been reached at Keepers Cottage with the delivery and installation of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) on site.

Chosen for their precision, speed, and performance, SIPs are engineered and manufactured off-site to exact specifications. This approach ensures consistent detailing, a structurally certified system, and a highly airtight building envelope.

Once groundworks were completed, the SIP structure was erected in just 3–4 weeks, including the roof, creating a fully weather-tight shell ready for external cladding and internal fit-out.
